Please download the Master’s Men Peer Workbook for questions and answers about peer coaching.
Years ago when I was working at Xerox a christian brother and I purchased the workbook went through the whole peer coaching method. It was really an eye opener for being transparent and accountable. My hope is that this approach will help ourselves and each other.
The peer coaching material that we used was from Tony Stoltzfus. The following is a list of the peer and coaching material he has written and that I have found helpful. Please read the description and comments of other readers on Amazon.
I do want you to know that coaching is a practice that the Assembly of God does endorse and encourage using as a method of growing in Christ. Please visit their website at: http://agcoaching.org
